2. QUALITY GUARANTEE. All WEST WORLD Instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Any WEST WORLD Instrument which proves defective in workmanship or material will be either repaired or replaced, at our discretion, without charge.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : we make every effort to be as accurate as possible in the Product descriptions and prices. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control

4.Delivery period;

4.1 we will try to deliver your order with in 14 days , if any delay occurs you will be informed.

4.2: all domestic delivery in India will be carried by First Flight courier and international delivery will be done by UPS.

4.3: collection from showroom or dispatch office is possible with prior notice.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall Seller or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. The report of faulty goods should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. No goods will be exchanged or credited after 14 days.

6. Price

6.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on our website (except in cases of obvious error) and prices include VAT with in India but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as listed on our delivery charges page. For our international customers VAT is exempted

6.2 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an acknowledgement email.

6.3 prices do not cover any other import duty incurred on the buyer’s country, it will be always in buyers account and to be paid on the delivery to UPS representative.

7. payment: for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and we will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.


8. EXCHANGE or REFUND policy.


8.1 Whilst we hope you will be delighted with your order, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on Products returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that returned Products are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected. Instructions for return will be included with your order.

8.2 When you return a Product to us for any other reason, (for example because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you for replacement or refund via email within a reasonable period of time.

8.3 in case of replacement or exchange , we will send a new one and west world will pay transport charges also and in case of refund we will refund full amount only deducting the actual courier charges and bank transaction fee (approximate 3%).

9. RISK OF LOSS. Title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Seller to Buyer upon delivery to a common carrier at Seller’s shipping point in Delhi (INDIA)
